Prestigious Tata trust-funded scholarships are available for many fields such as Engineering, Social Work, Neuroscience, etc. covering various levels of education like bachelor’s, master's, and Ph.D. These scholarships are designed to provide support at all levels of education and these scholarships have different eligibility criteria, among other details.
Applications are open for this super coveted scholarship by Tata Trust. This scholarship is among the most prestigious for Indians, running from 1892!
The deadline for applying is 7th March 2023
There are 3 rounds to this process:
1. Send the application form in the best possible way. It's a long-form gauging your academics, co-curricular, extracurricular activities, SOP, LORs, and much more. Please be patient to fill up all of these - it will be worth it.
2. Only some would be shortlisted from step 1 for an online test called thinking skills assessment (TSA). This includes numerical abilities and general aptitude. It is an hour-long test that takes place in 2nd week of April
3. Very few of them will be finally selected for the final interview round conducted in person in Fort Mumbai. One would have 2 interviewers on the panel - the Director of Tata Trust, and a subject matter expert.
Approximately 100 students will get selected from this process. The amount can vary between 1 lakh to more based on the performance of all 3 rounds.
