Present news Prime Minister Boris Johnson has declared a 2 year post study work visa  will be released to international students. Students who are enrolling in 2021 will be eligible for this kind of visa   starting at undergraduate level.

This is a very valid point and students should understand that the UK law   do not have discrimination  with international students.  After the post study work visa AIIMS students need to apply for a Tier 2 work visa and this visa is only applicable to those students who are very skilled at their domain. Although as per the UK law the student needs to have at least a job that pays 30000 pound a year. This is subject to change as per the domain and the new rules that might come in the foreseeable future. Although it Seems like the UK is all set to retain higher talent in their own countries, this is kind of a good news to the international students who are willing to stay in the UK for work and other purposes.
